Every couple's goal is a packed dance floor for hours on end. It's not about equipment and music library. That's a given. It's a craft built over years of experience.
We read the whole room
Every DJ here is an expert at reading a crowd and not just the dance floor. If a table of grandparents is sitting it out, we'll pull them back in with the classics.

The Process

All the heavy lifting happens before the wedding day. By the time the doors open, your DJ knows your timeline, your names, your crowd and your music.

Check every service you're curious about on the quote form: DJ, live musicians, lighting, photo booth. We reply with availability and real ballpark pricing, usually within a business day, because nobody's time should go to a mystery quote.

Get matched with your DJ
Gina, who runs our events office, pairs you with the DJ who fits your venue, your crowd and your music, then makes the introduction.

Talk it through
You and your DJ walk the whole day together: ceremony on the lawn, cocktails on the porch, dancing in the ballroom, live musicians, timing. Then you get one itemized proposal with every piece priced.

Plan it all in one place
Sign the e-contract and your planning portal opens: song requests with a note on any song that matters, your timeline, your contract, your payments. One login for everything.

90 days out
The final walkthrough
Ninety days out, we remind you to finish your planning form. Three to four weeks before the wedding, you and your DJ do a final consultation: the timeline, name pronunciations and the song for every formality.

Wedding week
We handle the venue
The week of, we contact your venue directly to sync timelines and sort out load-in and parking. On the day, we arrive early and sound-check every setup, so all that's left is a five-star performance.

Every couple says the music is one of the most important parts of the entire wedding. Obviously we agree, so you can't cut corners when booking entertainment. If the food is amazing and the DJ is a train wreck, everyone goes home after dinner. If the DJ is killing, people are screaming for one more song three hours later.
When a chef is passionate, you taste it in the food. Music works the same way: when the person programming the night is all about it, your guests feel that. At the end of one recent wedding the bride hugged me, crying and said she loved us endlessly for giving her the fairy-tale wedding she'd always envisioned. That's what fuels us and what makes this crazy career so rewarding.

When should we book our wedding DJ?+
At least a year out if you want the top players on our team. Couples book the venue first, then the photographer, the DJ and the florist, so peak-season Saturdays go early. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. We'll tell you what's actually open.
Are you one of those “interactive” DJs?+
If interactive means props, games and a dance-move tutorial, no. On the microphone we're articulate and engaging for the announcements, but the party energy goes into the music. That's what moves a room. It's a refined, polished approach and the floor stays packed without a single gimmick.
Why do wedding DJ quotes vary so much?+
Hours and locations. Five hours in one ballroom is one price. A ceremony on the lawn, cocktails on the porch and dancing inside can mean three separate sound systems and that's a different price. Your proposal itemizes every piece, so you see exactly what you're paying for.
Do we get to choose our DJ?+
We do the matchmaking. Tell us your venue, your crowd and your music and we'll propose the DJ who fits, then you talk with them before you sign anything. Every DJ on the roster trained under Greg, so the standard doesn't change. If one of them caught your eye, maybe at a wedding you attended, you can always request them and we'll confirm availability.
What happens after we book?+
Your planning portal opens: song requests with room for a comment on each one, a planning questionnaire that walks you through your day from guest arrival to the last dance, plus your contract and payments. Ninety days out we remind you to finish your planning form, three to four weeks out you and your DJ do a final consultation and the week of the wedding we coordinate directly with your venue.
How loud will dinner be?+
Conversation volume. Dinner sets are for talking, announcements are clear without the sports-announcer voice and the dance set is for dancing. It's not our show, it's your event.
Can you cover the ceremony and cocktail hour too?+
Yes, just about every wedding we do includes ceremony and cocktail coverage. That sound system carries both music and microphones and we start playing thirty minutes early to greet guests as they arrive. A string duo or trio, live jazz or a DJ satellite system for cocktail hour, then the reception, with separate systems wherever the day needs them. One team, one contract.
