Privacy Policy

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number and details about your event (date, venue, services you're interested in). We use it to check availability, reply to you and — if you book — plan your event. Quote requests are stored in DJ Event Planner, the booking and planning system we run the business on.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from and whether the site is working well. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data (it does not store your IP address). We see aggregate reports, not identified individuals.

We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond responding to you and running your event. No marketing lists you didn't ask for, no data brokers.

The site relies on a few outside services:

• Google Analytics — site usage statistics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• DJ Event Planner (czoneplanning.com) — our booking system, where quote requests and client planning details live.
• YouTube— performance videos on our service pages are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube doesn't set tracking cookies unless you play a video.
• Vercel — website hosting, which processes standard server logs.
