Lynne Canavan

Lynne Canavan is a professional violinist and jazz vocalist. She has been a member of the Milford, Massachusetts-based Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra for more than 20 years and performs regularly with string ensembles at private events and weddings. At C-Zone, she is the resident violinist.

She plays acoustic violin, electric violin with backing tracks and alongside DJs during the dance set. Clients love her performances and fun personality.

Her VioLynne program brings a participatory strolling music experience to senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living and memory care, plus senior centers, councils on aging, adult day programs and memory cafés throughout New England. As a vocalist, she performs selections from the Great American Songbook with jazz musicians across New England.

Lynne is available as a solo acoustic or electric violinist for clubs, restaurants, corporate events, wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours. She can also provide small chamber ensembles for classical background music. Her solo repertoire spans 20th-century favorites and current pop songs.
